The alternative/indie/dance band returns to Baton Rouge this weekend. Of Montreal visits The Spanish Moon Sunday as a part of a tour in support of its 12th studio album, Lousy with Sylvianbriar. The album garnered favorable reviews, was recorded on a 24-track tape machine and has been called one of the most memorable, lasting and best of the band’s discography. The band also recently completed work on its film, The Past Is a Grotesque Animal. The show will feature opening act Boogarins. Tickets are $15. Doors open at 8 p.m.
