Galatoire’s Bistro offers crawfish menu for the season

Galatoire’s Bistro is getting in on the crawfish season, with a limited-time, three-course, $35 menu. Available through May 7, the menu features your choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert. Appetizer options are Crawfish Maison, served with Louisiana crawfish tails in a creamy salad with green onions, capers, lemon, Creole seasoning and Creole mustard over fried green tomatoes; corn and crawfish soup and smoked crawfish and andouille bread pudding topped with an egg sunny side up and Creole hollandaise. For the entrée, patrons can pick crawfish au gratin, crawfish pasta, sautéed Gulf fish with Crawfish Yvonne or a stuffed pork chop. Dessert options are chocolate mousse or an elderflower trifle.
