Celebrate the Mardi Gras season with this annual run

The Mardi Gras Mambo 10k celebrates its 15th anniversary Saturday. The race includes a fun run, 10k and a 15k. This year’s revamped 10k course stretches through the scenic landscapes of downtown Baton Rouge, City Park and the LSU lakes. Once runners are able to catch their breath, they can relax at a post-race shindig at the Belle of Baton Rouge Atrium. Those who register receive a long-sleeved T-shirt as well as a finishing medal.
