View the moon at the Highland Road Park Observatory

See the moon as you’ve never seen it at the Highland Road Park Observatory this weekend. Weather permitting, the observatory will host a free viewing Friday at 8:30 p.m. The waxing gibbous moon is expected to be 63% illuminated. On Saturday, another viewing will be held at 7:30 p.m., and the moon is expected to be 72% illuminated. The observatory is at 13800 Highland Rd. For more information, click here or call 768-9948.
