No matter how you celebrate, festive melodies are among the biggest joys of the season. The Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra’s gift to you this holiday season is “Masterworks III: Home for the Holidays,” a trip through the best tunes to celebrate white lights and evergreen trees. Conducted by Music Director Timothy Muffitt, the concert also features vocal performances by Mara Bonde (soprano) and Dennis Jesse (baritone). The show begins at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the River Center Theatre. Additional performances take place Sunday at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tickets start at $35. For more information, click here.
