Carpenter and Colvin team up for Manship show Friday
Two veteran female singer-songwriters share the stage for an intimate show this weekend. Mary Chapin Carpenter and Shawn Colvin perform at Manship Theatre at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Apart, the singers have won loads of awards—Carpenter has five Grammys and 15 nominations; Colvin has three Grammys, including two for the hit single “Sunny Came Home.” Together, the singers perform material from their vast catalogs and some of their personal favorites.
