Frankie Marcello’s looks to expand, adds restaurateur Mark Dixon as general manager

Mark Dixon has 20 years of restaurant experience under his belt, including key operational roles in franchises such as Another Broken Egg, Chili’s, Outback and Copeland’s, just to name a few. Frankie Marcello’s, the Italian/Creole/seafood restaurant, has brought Dixon on as general manager to refine the local spot’s concept and expand to other locations in the Greater Baton Rouge area, then in other key cities in the state. Dixon says he’s excited to be part of the team. “Frankie Marcello’s has quickly made a name for itself,” he says. “I am excited to get on with this team early because I believe this concept has tremendous potential.”
