From 225: A taste of Saigon Noodles
In the latest issue of 225, our resident food critic tries out some Vietnamese cuisine, courtesy of Saigon Noodles (Map it!). The restaurant started in 2011 with a Lafayette location and earned praise across the Acadiana area as one of the best new restaurants. Owners and brothers Danny and Chris Nguyen added the Baton Rouge location in March 2012.
