What do you get when you mix Sandra Bullock, Melissa McCarthy and the director of Bridesmaids? All signs point to a hit comedy. The Heat stars the two leading ladies as police officers on opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to investigative work. After McCarthy made a splash earlier this year with Identity Thief and killed it yet again on Saturday Night Live, this new flick is a sure contender for the R-rated comedy to beat this summer. The studio is so optimistic; they’ve already begun work on a sequel. Rated R. Check out the trailer below.
