If you could pick four and only four exercises to do the rest of your life, what would they be, and why?

Jim, I love this question. … I often tell people if they want to stay in overall good shape this can be accomplished by doing four things:

1. Outdoor jogging or fast walking (cardio), because it targets the heart, lungs and overall body and balance.
2. Push ups, because they hit the chest, back, abs, biceps and triceps.
3. Lunges, because they target hips, glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps.
4. Toe press, to target calves and shins.

This is very basic, but you get the idea. Again, assuming you are healthy, and without specific gym equipment, you could be stranded on an island and still do these moves, and when you are found, you would still look fabulous!! 🙂 Enjoy!
