Tin Roof rolls out Juke Joint IPA
In a little more than two years, Tin Roof Brewing Company has grown from an idea on a hazy Sunday morning to a full-fledged brewery with its beers served in nearly 400 bars and restaurants across the state.
Tin Roof will soon debut its new Juke Joint IPA that founder William McGehee says features “a solid malt backbone, huge floral/citrus aroma and nice bitterness up front that fades quickly and does not leave you puckering.” The new brew will be available as early as next week, McGehee says.
Next up, Tin Roof plans to can its Watermelon Wheat, produce 22-ounce “bombers,” as well as move its product into a few markets in Southern Mississippi. Tin Roof offers tours of its brewery off Nicholson Drive every Friday for $5. For more information, visit tinroofbeer.com. —Matthew Sigur
