February members’ show at Baton Rouge Gallery

Throughout the month of February, Baton Rouge Gallery will share three unique bodies of work from artist members Judi Betts, Rosemary Goodell and Steve Schmidt. During the exhibition, guests will experience Betts’ international journey by way of her inspired watercolor paintings and sketchbook images, the monotypes from Goodell’s time at Gravity Press in North Adams, Mass., and Schmidt’s intuitive and evocative abstract works. Tonight is the First Wednesday opening reception, 7 p.m.-9 p.m., where you can browse the gallery with refreshments in hand. Intrigued by what you see?
