NYE Bash at Blend … Fireworks, champagne at Nottoway

‘Blend’ in: The downtown wine bar Blend is hosting a fabulous New Year’s Eve bash with a live big band, wine, champagne, house liquor and hors d’oeuvres. Tickets are $80 per person or $150 per couple. Grab yours by e-mailing [email protected]. Doors open at 8 p.m.
