Children’s movies at Manship

Thursday at Manship, catch two beautifully-animated French children’s films: Azur & Asmar and Tales of the Night. Beginning at 10 a.m., Azur & Asmar tells the story of two boys raised as brothers, separated by ignorance and later reunited as rivals, who embark on a dangerous quest to find and rescue the magical Djinn Fairy. Tales of the Night, showing at 2 p.m., weaves together six exotic fables unfolding in unique locales, blending history with fairytale as viewers are whisked off to enchanted lands full of dragons, werewolves, captive princesses, sorcerers and enormous talking bees.
