Baton Rouge tween’s taco recipe earns White House trip

Presidential placement: Baton Rouge resident Michael Prados, 12, earned a trip to the White House this week when his fish taco recipe placed in a national competition called the Healthy Lunchtime Challenge. Prados, who was one of 54 winners out of an estimated 1,200 across the country, earned a seat at a state dinner next to First Lady Michelle Obama, and shook hands with the president.
