Shamrocks and Champagne brunch

If Irish eyes are smiling, you’re probably at the Baton Rouge Irish Club’s annual Shamrocks and Champagne brunch, being held this Saturday at Boudreaux and Thibodeaux’s. Irish dancers will whirl, bagpipers will pipe, and music will play—and you can score a delicious breakfast and fun items at the silent auction. 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Admission is $25. Tickets are available at the Elizabethan Gallery, at 680 Jefferson Hwy.
