Hot chocolate martini

Although Baton Rouge weather seems indecisive about whether to turn wintry or not, ’tis still the season for hot chocolate. Ingredients:

1 oz. crčme de cacao

1 oz. Bailey’s Irish cream

˝ oz. vanilla vodka

3 oz. hot chocolate, chilled

3 mini-marshmallows

Combine crčme de cacao, Bailey’s, vodka and hot chocolate in cocktail shaker. Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with marshmallows.
