Rollie Noelie hits the streets
Food trucks? So yesterday.
Entrepreneur Amy Strother’s eco-minded boutique Noelie Harmon is pioneering the latest mobile trend, a pop-up shop.
Strother is taking the organic and vintage merchandise of her Perkins Overpass-area shop on the road in a vintage Airstream travel trailer aptly dubbed the Rollie Noelie. It’s mostly stocked with store favorite, TOMS shoes.

“We’re huge believers in the TOMS mission,” says store manager Jordan Gremillion.
Rollie Noelie spreads the store’s mission of offering quality, environmentally friendly products. The new Airstream will be deployed at various cultural events throughout the city.
