Hot licks and cool tunes at LSU

The LSU School of Music concludes the ever-popular “Hot Summer Nights, Cool Jazz” series at the School of Music Recital Hall this Thursday and Friday nights. Thursday, trumpeter and LSU School of Music graduate Graham Breedlove returns to the Baton Rouge campus to spin out his fast-paced trumpet skills. Then on Friday, “The Grand Finale” will feature special arrangements by Willis Delony, Bill Grimes and Brian Shaw. Tickets are $20.
