‘Asleep’ but not dreaming

Friday night at 7:30 p.m., Manship Theatre plays host to western swing boogie-roots impresarios Asleep at the Wheel, a band with an amazing 25 records under their belt who’ve been touring unrelentingly for nearly 40 years. The group have won nine Grammys since their 1970 inception, and charted more than twenty singles on the Billboard country charts.
