It’s time to consider the cocktail at the Manship this Saturday as the Hartley/Vey Theatres present Down the Hatch. Join “Big Easy Theatre Person of the Year” Bob Edes Jr. and New Orleans chef/author Elizabeth Pearce as they recount the story of New Orleans in spirits and songs! From the sazerac your great-great-grandparents drank to the hurricanes that the barely-legal types guzzle on Bourbon Street, New Orleans is a city defined by its fortifying adult beverages.
