Jeff Gresse knows what makes a good snowball. The 23-year-old New Orleans native loves the frozen treats so much that when he moved to Baton Rouge at age 19, he decided immediately that Baton Rouge needed a dedicated Big Easy-style snowball stand. Gresse’s Sno-Man Snoballs, at 9534 Burbank Drive near Gardere Lane, opened in June of 2008, and it’s won local attention for product consistency and great flavor.
