Spatula Diaries by Maggie Heyn Richardson – The wround-up’s worth it

Congrats to Go Ya Ya, Taco de Paco and Curbside, three of Baton Rouge’s food trucks that were filmed last week for upcoming episodes of the Cooking Channel program, Eat St. The program chose these three because they wanted local trucks that cook a significant amount of their menu on board. This was great exposure for our burgeoning mobile food culture, which enjoys a rabid following of media savvy foodies who track the trucks’ whereabouts daily and provide inspired commentary on Facebook and Twitter about favorite menu items.
