Easy Easter: The Hilton Capitol Center is offering its annual Easter Brunch again, with both breakfast food and dinner entrées set to please every palate. Pork loin Robert, grilled chicken Parmesan, Bananas Foster Beignets and more will have everyone stuffed and happy by meal’s end. $39.95 per person, Sunday, April 24. 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Hopeful celebration: Nonprofit Boys Hope Girls Hope of Baton Rouge will host its annual Celebration of Hope Gala on May 10 at Juban’s Restaurant. Juban’s and Brennan’s of New Orleans will provide food for guests and entertainment will be provided by the John Gray Jazz Trio. Enjoy a silent auction and an open bar. Tickets are $100 per person at bhghbr.org. Art with Elan: Prepare to be wowed by one of Baton Rouge’s rising artistic talents, Andrew Robertson, at the Elan Gallery preview this Thursday night. Browse Robertson’s large-scale abstract works, and nosh on delicious food provided by Ruffino’s Restaurant and Reed’s Cakes.
