Walk a mile in her shoes

You know that old saw about not knowing someone until you’ve walked a mile in her shoes? The Rape Crisis Center of Baton Rouge would like to invite you to experience that literally, with a one-mile walk in high-heeled shoes. Men, women and children are encouraged to participate in this walk, followed by entertainment, food and festivities in the parking lot of the Louisiana State Capitol. Registration starts at 9 a.m., with the walk following at 10 a.m. Find more info at brrcc.org.
