New York has been the birthplace of many a delectably different cocktail recipe, and this one is no exception. The Voila!, created by the former executive chef of the Waldorf-Astoria hotel’s famous Peacock Alley restaurant, combines a wide variety of tastes to create a truly unique and tasty use for those pints of Pontchatoula goodness you haul home

Ingredients:

* 2 ounces fresh Strawberry Juice

* 2 ounces Belvedere Vodka

* 3 Mint Leaves

* 3 Black Peppercorns

* 1 Lime Zest

* 5 drops of Lime Juice

Preparation:

Crush the pepper with mint in a glass with a pilon. Combine all the ingredients in a glass with ice cubes and shake well. Pour in the glass and garnish with a slice of strawberry. (Recipe courtesy about.com)
