Chelsea’s chilling: Chelsea’s liquor license has been restored as of Tuesday, following a meeting between ATC officials and owner David Remmetter. “All the issues have been resolved,” says Brandon Brown, Remmetter’s attorney. “We’re back in business with a clean slate.” Heavenly tea: Teavana, the Atlanta-based chain of tea bars, has opened a location in the Mall of Louisiana.
