Round-up: Hello Sushi opens stadium booths … Schlotzsky’s Deli closes

Say hello to sushi: Hello Sushi will be operating three booths in Tiger Stadium this fall, bringing a new kind of tiger bait to fans. They plan to serve a super cali roll and a spicy crawfish roll, both recipes that hold up well in the heat, as well as edamame. Hello Sushi is just one of several restaurants that will have a presence in Tiger Stadium starting Saturday night, alongside establishments such as Honey Baked Ham, Hershey’s Ice Cream, and Triple B’s Cajun Cuisine. Schlotzsky’s schleps off: Schlotzsky’s Delicatessen has closed its two locations in Baton Rouge. Reasons for the closure are unknown, but other Schlotzky’s locations in Louisiana remain open.
