“My obsession: the Tennis Special at the French Market Bistro. It consists of shrimp and mushrooms stuffed in two fresh French crepes, topped with jumbo lump crabmeat, Mornay cheese sauce, and a bowl of fresh fruit on the side. It is absolutely delicious, a combination of some of my favorite food (shrimp, crabmeat, and cheese) wrapped in a crepe.  You don’t feel like you’re eating a lot of food, but I usually can’t finish it all in one serving.  Every time I eat there, I always go through the menu list, but I always order my favorite thing.  I’ve recruited just about everyone who’s eaten there with me to order it, too.  They should rename it ‘Sylvia’s Seafood Crepe Special.'” Find out who else in Baton Rouge has food obsessions by clicking here.
