Pickin’ chicken: Raising Cane’s, everyone’s favorite chicken finger chain, may have more on offer on the menu in the future, as they’ve hired an outside consulting firm to examine their business and look at opportunities for expansion. A wordy press release from Synergy Restaurant Consultants offered this tantalizing tidbit: “In addition to the Restaurant Operations Assessment, Synergy was charged with the Menu Development of several new items, designed to broaden the scope and appeal of the chain’s product offerings.” Translated into plain English, Cane’s might just mean more than chicken someday.
