Johnny D’s Pizza moves to Coursey

Johnny DeAngelo uprooted his pizzeria on road construction-ridden Jones Creek Road and headed to a more suitable location on Coursey near the post office. An updated menu includes new appetizers such as the eggplant rollantini and hot wings and new pasta combinations. Though the restaurant awaits a liquor license, Johnny D’s has already hosted a few who’s who in the NFL, such as Louisiana natives Glenn Dorsey and Corey Webster. The restaurant is open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. (File photo)
