Roller Derby darlings take on Auburn

The Tigertown Throwdown pits the Red Stick Roller Derby team against Auburn’s Burn City Rollers in a rematch at the Baton Rouge River Center. Advanced tickets are $11 and available at Schlittz & Giggles downtown or via ticketmaster.com. VIP tickets are $16, and $13 at the door. Kids under 12 get in free. Bout starts at 7 p.m. Spanish Moon hosts the roller derby after-party with Alabama indie rockers Baak Gwai and Lafayette psychedelic-pop band Brass Bed.
