Chop, chop, Stroube’s!
The upscale vibe at Stroube’s Chop House doesn’t forget its drugstore-diner roots, even with 24-foot ceilings and intimate semi-circular booths. “The bar and lounge area is separate from the dining room, which creates two distinct spaces in the restaurant,” says owner Rick Volland, who’s won loyal customers with his Capital City Grill and Cocodrie’s restaurants.
