International Heritage Celebration goes global

Travel the world—France, Vietnam, Mexico, Kenya, Australia, dozens of other countries—in one afternoon at the 12th-annual International Heritage Celebration on Sunday. The sounds of reggae, salsa, blues and Japanese Taiko drumming linger along North Boulevard during the Baton Rouge Center for World Affairs’ outdoor festival.
