Galatoire’s Bistro hosts another festive wine pairing, this time featuring five selections from Geyser Peak in the Alexander Valley of Sonomo County, California. The dinner includes hors d’oeuvres, crabmeat maison over roasted sugar beets tartare, roasted duck breast, rack of lamb with mint demi-glace and chocolate pot de crčme to wrap it up.
