Old Coffee Star locale now a dessert, coffee cafe

Strands Café Jewel, which specializes in chocolate, coffee and pastries, is now open on Laurel Street next to Red Star Bar. Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
