Still Caroling on DVD

Michael Moore ruffled enough feathers with his infamous film Fahrenheit 9/11, it was only a matter of time before the bearded liberal documentarian earned his own spoof. Ironically, much like Moore’s early films, An American Carol has become a cult hit. Starring Chris Farley’s brother, Kevin, as filmmaker “Michael Malone” out to abolish the Forth of July An American Carol satirizes everything from political correctness to mainstream media. This isn’t Oscar-material, but if you’re a fan of Zuckers other films—Airplane, The Naked Gun and The Kentucky Fried Movie—you might find something to laugh about. Kelsey Grammer and Leslie Neilsen co-star. Rated PG-13.
