Australia hits theaters today

It’s the return of the epic romance. Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman star in director Baz Luhrmann’s fourth film. Set in the northern region of Australia (where else?) around World War II, Kidman plays a beautiful rich woman who inherits land, but she needs a rough and tough man to drive the cattle. Enter Jackman. Fans of sweeping music and big-budget melodramas should enjoy this flick. Just be warned, it’s about 15 minutes shy of three hours. Rated PG-13.
