A little something extra for the hardcore Tiger fans

Reminisce with former LSU Coach Paul F. Dietzel and 1958 football champions Don “Scooter” Purvis, Lynn LeBlanc and Gus Kinchen for the 50th anniversary of the national championship. Moderated by former WBRZ-TV sports director Mike Rhodes, the free Q&A session is from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at the Cox Communications building on campus. That same night, starting at 9 p.m., the LSU cheerleaders will model ladies sports couture by Shosommo, a new line of cute, flirty clothes in purple and gold during a fashion show at the Roux House on Third Street downtown. 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.
