Cowboy Mouth to help celebrate 25 years of Hollydays

It’s been 25 years since the first Hollydays extravaganza at the River Center, and more than $4 million has been distributed through the Junior League’s community programs. This year Cowboy Mouth is in on the action with a performance starting at 8 p.m. Thursday at the River Center. Tickets are $25 and available through TicketMaster. Start the shopping season Thursday morning with mimosas and stick around through the weekend for entertainment by the Southern University Marching Band from Jaguar Land (aka the Human Jukebox), LSU Golden Girls, the Michael Foster Project, as well as cooking demonstrations from celebrity chefs, wine and food from dozens of the city’s finest restaurants and, of course, Santa Claus. Visit hollydays.org for various times and ticket prices.
