Baton Rouge Gallery opening tonight

Can you remember the last time you went to a Baton Rouge Gallery First Wednesday opening reception? If you have to think longer than three seconds, then head there tonight. Featured artists this month are Frankie Gould and her Livonia cow images, glass artist Craig McCullen and popular LSU art professor Ed Smith. See if you can pick up on Smith’s metaphors in his oil paintings of birds and wildlife. There’s plenty of wine and conversation from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Free.
