Since its inception in 2004, The Hold Steady has released catchy pop-rock that’s a cut above most radio tunes due to lead singer/guitarist Craig Finn’s introspective lyrics and the band’s classy musicianship. Things get better with every new release from the Brooklynites, and with the release of Stay Positive this summer, they have another critical success under their belt.
