Swamp Pop Festival’s ricey, spicy side

The Deep South Crane and Rigging Swamp Pop Music Festival is home to one of the most competitive jambalaya cook-offs. Enjoy a bowl of the ricey, spicey goodness while enjoying live music by some of the best swamp pop artists in the area. Proceeds benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
