Galatoire’s Bistro will host a five-course French vs. American wine dinner Wednesday, April 16, featuring a selection of eight French and American wines to complement chef selections like house smoked salmon over a celery root and potato galette in a local shrimp and chive butter and a seared venison loin with port-glazed turnips and snow peas over parsley puree.
