Labor Day is quickly approaching and the end of summer is riding along with it. As we all know, September doesn’t usually mean fall weather like it does in other areas, but no matter! Here in Louisiana, we are on trend and don’t need weather to dictate our style. At least that’s what I say!
This fall is all about dark jewel and earth tones—burgundy, emerald, navy, taupe. So while we wait for the first cool front, look for these colors in transitional pieces. Flowy dresses, loose tops and kimonos are all ways to layer, layer, layer until the leaves change colors!
