Three words: Chang's Spicy Chicken.

The stuff is addictive. All of the food at PF Chang's is quite good -- good enough to overcome indifferent service and a sometimes overly loud dining room. In fact, I often sit in the bar, where the service is even worse but I can relax and watch TV or read. That's beside the point, though -- the point of PF Chang's is the FOOD.

Start with an appetizer. Everyone loooves the lettuce wraps, but I alternate between two others. One is the delicious Peking dumplings, pan-fried pot stickers stuffed with spiced ground pork. The sauce they are served with is scrumptious, especially if you ask your server to make it spicy with extra hot mustard. I also love the crabmeat wontons, which are light and perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of filling. The crabmeat does not at all overwhelm the light ricotta cheese and green onion flavors; they all mix together well, and the sweet and sour sauce makes the perfect complement.

My favorite entree is Chang's spicy chicken. On the menu this is billed as Chang's version of General Tso's, but I think that doesn't do it justice. I can hardly describe this sticky, sweet, spicy, hot, mouth-burning, tummy-satisfying concoction. Just imagine tender, lightly breaded chunks of fresh white meat chicken stir-fried in a thick, finger-lickin' sweet sauce flecked with hot red pepper and spooned over that wonderful sticky white rice. Mmmm ... if it weren't after midnight, I'd be in the car right now heading to PF Chang's!

FYI... the crab wontons are made with cream cheese, not ricotta. You must have thought you were at P.F. Carraba's.

The service sucks-the servers are cold and indifferent. I eat here often though because there are no other "high end"Asian restaurants in BR.I don't think any of the dishes are mindblowing . The food is decent at best but yes the Lettuce wraps are amazing.
P.S : My new fav is A Taste of Asia on Sherwood-try it out.
