Description: The Feldenkrais Method is for anyone who wishes to reconnect with his or her natural abilities to move, think, and feel. Learning to move with less effort makes daily life easier. Because the Method focuses on the relationship between movement and thought, increased mental awareness and creativity accompany physical improvements. After these gentle guided movements, many participants breathe more easily, think more clearly, and move with greater ease and relaxation. Reclaim your Awareness Through Movement®!
Facilitated by James B Levert, CFP (Certified Feldenkrais Practicioner).
