Femme, Femme, Femme, a collection of paintings depicting women in French society by artists such as Renoir, Degas and Picasso, is the latest exhibit at the New Orleans Museum of Art. Nearly 100 works are on loan from the Louvre, the Musée d’Orsay and museums throughout France from March 4 to June 3. The work of local abstract artist David Horton is on display at Caffery Gallery through March 10. And LSU kicks off the Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival and Competition March 18. This unique competition is open to student, community and professional artists.
