Pinetta’s

European

3056 Perkins Road

I know a dark, secluded place, a place where no one knows your face. A glass of wine, a quick embrace, it’s called…Pinetta’s European Restaurant. Homemade pastas, veal, chicken and seafood served in single portion cast-iron skillets. For around $10 per person, you can have your own Lady and the Tramp moment with spaghetti and meatballs. There’s a great beer selection, and from the constantly shifting wine list, we found a food-perfect Sangiovese.

The vegetable lasagna is the best I've ever had.

Pinetta's has been one to the city's small - and I do mean small- treasures for it seems like an eternity. From the original owners to the new owners the food is impeccable and the service wonderful. It is definitly a nice romatic place to go with the significant other and a great place to go to have a relaxing meal with friends.
