McMains Children’s Developmental Center hosts its second-ever Sips & Suds Champagne and Beer Stroll next week. The event starts at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 16. The center is at 1805 College Drive.
Bayou Teche Brewing and the Baton Rouge Beer Agency will provide beer. Drakes Catering will provide Champagne. Local restaurants such as Capital City Grill, Stroubes, DiGiulio Brothers and Sammy’s Grill will be serving up dishes. Cupcake Allie and Nothing Bundt Cakes are among the local vendors providing desserts. David St. Romain will perform a few tunes, as well.
Patrons will be able to tour the grounds of McMains and learn about the therapies and programs offered. Attire is dressy casual. Tickets are $65 per person. For more information and to purchase tickets, click here.
